The Panax strategy was developed and is managed by Ginseng Capital Advisors Limited, a Hong Kong-based investment manager licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission.
Fedza Kusturica, CFA
Co-CEO and Chief Investment Officer
Fedza is responsible for the development and day-to-day management of the Panax strategy, including research and analytics, portfolio construction, and trade and risk selection. He previously spent more than 20 years with Scotiabank in Asia and Canada, including Vice-President and Managing Director roles.
Fedza is a CFA Charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He also holds a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from the CQF Institute.
His academic qualifications include an MBA from York University in Toronto, a Post-MBA in Valuations, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Statistics from Ryerson University in Toronto.
Robin Hibberd, CA
Co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer
Robin was formerly an Executive Vice-President of Scotiabank and established Ginseng as a licensed asset manager in 2017.
During his 27-year career at Scotiabank, Robin held senior leadership roles across Asia and Canada, with experience spanning commercial and corporate banking, retail banking, payments, data and analytics, foreign exchange, debt markets, trade finance, syndications, funding, and treasury.
Robin holds MBA and HBA degrees from the Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario, and a Master of Journalism from The University of Hong Kong. He also obtained Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant designations in Canada.
Eddy Pak Kuen Au, CPA
Financial Comptroller
Eddy is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, group consolidation, statutory audit, cash-flow forecasting, internal controls, and listed-company reporting.
Before joining Ginseng, Eddy held senior finance roles with Hong Kong-listed companies and regional business groups. Earlier in his career, he worked at Grant Thornton, where he gained broad audit and financial reporting experience across listed companies, multinational groups, financial institutions, asset management, real estate, manufacturing, and service businesses.
Eddy is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Professional Accountants Canada. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Commerce, from the University of British Columbia.
